Our Rights

We own all content on opendevs: streaming video, player stats, analysis, logos, and code. You can't copy, republish, or claim it as yours. Unauthorized use is copyright infringement.

Limits on Our Liability

We provide streams and data 'as is.' We're not liable for lost bets, fantasy losses, or injuries. Our max liability is the fees you paid in the last 90 days.
